'Life Town' was recorded in 2012. I gathered a few friends (Chris Braydon, Chris Fudge, and Sean Boyer), showed them some ideas, and set the expectation that we would run through the ideas and hit record, improvising the arrangement as we went.

The basic track was recorded in one take, with Braydon and I adding a few guitar overdubs after the fact. I thought it turned out great - I loved the vibe, and the improvisation led to a lot of happy accidents that I enjoyed.

I showed it to a couple of people and then locked it away for...reasons. The band didn't have a name. I didn't name the song. I didn't have artwork. Setting up a Bandcamp looked difficult, etc.

Ten years later, I stopped making excuses. I named the song, whipped together some artwork, set up a Bandcamp/Paypal, and now I am sharing it. I like it, and hopefully some of you will too.
